Trigg Boxing – System of Western Boxing – Authentic Western Boxing for fitness, conditioning, self defense and fun. This is a real boxing class taught by people that teach amateur and professional boxers! We have fitness and competition classes for boxing. We will teach you the things to do, the how, what, when and whys of doing boxing. There are also paths to become a boxing trainer or coach.



LKJ – Maestro Ted Lucay Lucay Kali (bladed art) / Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do (stop fist way) – This is a blended class teaching Filipino and Chinese martial arts. Maestro Ted Lucay Lucay recieved his Kali from Grandmaster Floro Villabrille, Professor Greg Longtayo, Grandmaster Leo Giron and his father ‘Lucky” Lucay Lucay to name a few. JKD is a true mixed martial art founded by Bruce Lee and teaches hands, kicking, elbows, knees, joint locks, and ground techniques like the ones demonstrated in Enter The Dragon. Other interpretations from other grandmasters taught by Guro Dan Inosanto are also taught here. 600_LKJ


Muay Thai – Thai Boxing – Developed in and the national sport of Thailand. The destructive art has gained popularity in the U.S. because of the dedication of Grandmaster Surachai “Chai” Sirisute, president and founder of the Thai Boxing Association of the USA. Muay Thai practitioners use punches, elbows, kicks and knees with maximum effectiveness in a safe and engaging class. Get ready to burn some calories and develop great self defense skills.


Lameco Eskrima – Is a Filipino martial arts system and the primary objective is self defense. It was founded by Punong Guro Edgar G. Sulite (head instructor) and is comprised of several systems that are long, medium and close ranges. Thus coined the name of the system LAMECO. You will learn a variety of training methods such as tool sets, ranges, angles, footwork and offensive and defensive movements in a fun and safe environment.
